The year was 1948, your great grandpa, a few years removed from WWII, came home and got straight to work on the baby boom. Needing more rooms, he built this house. The location, prime! Two blocks from the general store, half a block from the school house (at the time), and right next door to the church. He only wanted to do it once, and right, so they went all the way with one and a half stories and a full basement, and didn't spare any of the luxuries of the day.
