Guys, I'm not going to stop talking about Donalda, it's the greatest! Between Calgary & Edmonton, but just off the beaten path enough that nobody is bothering us. When I look at this home and I think of my own young family only one word comes to mind: Ideal! What a dynamite home on the edge of town! Very healthy square footage on the main floor at 1413, feels even grander thanks to the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is ultra spacious with lots of cabinetry and counter space (Built in cutting board, cool!) I can't get over how big the windows are for the era this house was built in, must've been a premium build, but that's not surprising when you note the sunken living room and the same in the basement where the pool table lives.
