Guys, I'm not going to stop talking about Donalda, it's the greatest! Between Calgary & Edmonton, but just off the beaten path enough that nobody is bothering us. Ten minutes from the mighty Buffalo Lake (Largest Alberta Lake south of Edmonton), perched on the edge of a Coulee overlooking The Great Canadian Badlands. 25 minutes to Stettler, 30 to Camrose in the beautiful rolling hills of Stettler County. On the very edge of town we have 1220 "...Bond... Bond Street." No neighbours across the road give this home the best southern view in all of Donalda, and we've got some big windows to enjoy them. The home has been updated with siding and some new appliances. It was being renovated by the previous owner and there are still a few things to complete, but with a new vanity and washer/dryer in the bathroom, new water heater and stainless appliances there isn't much left to do. What a dynamite home on the edge of town! Very healthy square footage on the main floor at 1413, feels even grander thanks to the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is ultra spacious with lots of cabinetry and counter space (Built in cutting board, cool!) I can't get over how big the windows are for the era this house was built in, must've been a premium build, but that's not surprising when you note the sunken living room and the same in the basement where the pool table lives.
