The garage is heated, has an exposed aggregate skirting out front and the greenhouse is staying and also there's a gravelled RV stall serviced with power and water for the fifth wheel! Very possibly the quietest part of Bashaw, #11 Sproule Place is 1668 square feet of home that backs onto a beautiful stand of spruce trees and the famous Bashaw Nature trail. Are you a person who doesn't want to do any stairs? This modular home was completely renovated in 2018 and now boasts a very attractive, very current aesthetic in this ultra airy, open floor plan with tons of natural light. The stainless steel appliances are all new in 2018 and are included. The big windows are a plant lovers dream and the greenery paired with the soft greys of the home will leave you feeling refreshed all day long. Here is a picture perfect country home on a nice corner lot at the foot of the famous Bashaw nature trail and just two blocks from the school! Beautiful hardwood welcomes you into an airy main floor where you'll meet lots of beautiful natural light. The kitchen is bright and open and built for feeding a big group of people because there's lots of seating between the big table space and the island seating. The wrap around porch makes this home, but it's the Owner's suite that may be the most impressive. The true definition of a suite with one space dedicated to the bedroom set, and another area dedicated entirely to comfort and relaxation, with its own access to the back deck.
